Plain and simple. Here’s what happens with the info you send us.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, city, the services you need, and a description of the job. You can also optionally add your email, Instagram handle, where the items are located, access notes, and your timeline.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one reason: so Andrew can review your request and follow up with a quote and next steps. We contact you by the method you prefer: text, call, or Instagram. If you choose text, you’re okay with us sending SMS about your request; standard message rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime.
What we don’t do
We don’t collect any payment information through this website. Payment is arranged directly when we work out your job. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for anything other than responding to your request.
How it’s handled
Form submissions are delivered and stored through our website host, Netlify, so we can read and respond to them. We keep quote requests for up to about 12 months and then delete them, unless we’re still working with you.
