Terms

Short and honest. Here’s how using this site and working with us works.

About these terms

By using this website or sending us a quote request, you agree to these simple terms. We keep them plain on purpose.

What this site does

This site lets you request a free, no-obligation quote. Submitting the form doesn’t book a job or create a contract on its own. Andrew follows up to talk through the work and give you an upfront quote.

Quotes and the work

Every job is different, so we quote based on size, access, load, and haul-away needs. You’ll get an upfront quote before we start. The details of any job, including what we’ll take, when, and the price, are agreed directly between you and 208 Haul Crewbefore work begins. We remove most non-hazardous junk; some items we don’t take. If conditions on site are different from what was described, we may adjust the quote or decline the job.

Payment

Payment is arranged directly with us, not collected through this website. We accept Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay.

Your part

Please give accurate details about the items and where they are, make sure we can safely get to them, and confirm the items are yours to remove or that you have permission to have them removed. Move anything you want to keep out of the way before we haul.

Service and responsibility

We take care with your property and do our best on every job. We provide our services on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent allowed by law, 208 Haul Crewisn’t responsible for indirect or incidental losses, and nothing here takes away rights you have under Idaho law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows. The current version always lives on this page.
